Move campaigns to a business or folder

clientId: the business (tc_…), or null to remove the campaigns from their business; folder: a folder inside it.

List businesses GET

A business is the company you track: your own, or one you work for. It groups campaigns with its website, colour, notes and report recipients (called a `client` in the API; ids tc_…). Each comes with its campaigns count, folders and average results. Scope: `track:read`.

Update a business POST

name is required; the other fields are replaced by what is sent (displayName and logoDataUrl only when sent). Scope: `track:write`.
